- Sole Responsibility: You assume full and sole responsibility for any Content you upload. vedScans acts solely as a neutral intermediary and hosting service.
- Copyright Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
- Legal Liability: You accept full legal liability for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your uploaded Content.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate metadata, titles, descriptions, and appropriate content ratings.
- Content Guidelines: You agree not to upload Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates any laws.
5. Content Ownership and License
- Creator Ownership: Creators retain ownership of their original Content. By uploading, you grant vedScans a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your Content on the Platform.
- Platform Rights: vedScans reserves the right to remove, modify, or refuse to display any Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
- Third-Party Content: Some Content may be aggregated from third-party sources. vedScans does not claim ownership of such Content.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vedScans, its owners, administrators, operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms

- vedScans is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- vedScans, its owners, administrators, and operators shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any User-Generated Content.
- vedScans acts as a neutral platform and hosting service. We are not responsible for monitoring, reviewing, or verifying the accuracy, legality, or ownership of User-Generated Content.
- vedScans shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from Content uploaded by Creators or third parties.
- In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to vedScans (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. DMCA and Copyright Compliance
vedScans respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please submit a takedown request via our DMCA page.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

vedScans reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:
