Important Notice
- •Platform Role: vedScans operates as a hosting service and does not create or verify uploaded content. We are not responsible for content uploaded by Creators.
- •Creator Liability: Content creators assume sole responsibility for ensuring their uploads do not infringe on third-party copyrights. See our Terms of Service for full creator obligations.
- •Safe Harbor: As a service provider under DMCA Section 512, vedScans maintains procedures for receiving and processing takedown notices.

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, vedScans maintains a policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Accounts receiving multiple valid DMCA notices may be suspended or permanently terminated at our discretion.
Request Requirements
A valid DMCA notice must include:
- •Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- •URL(s) of the infringing content on vedScans
- •Proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the owner
- •Your contact information (name and email)
- •A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
- •A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
Counter-Notice Information
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice via our Contact Page including:
- • Your contact information
- • Identification of the removed content and its location
- • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake
- • Consent to local jurisdiction
- • Your physical or electronic signature
